Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the place to gamble: you roll your eight dice and place all the dice of one number onto the matching casino, so the dice showing a five onto casino number five. Each of the six casinos offers vastly different winnings. That’s why you need tactics, luck and a strong nerve: who’ll be the one to clean out the casino with the highest payout? Sometimes all you need is one or two dice to win and to take home the big bucks. However: If all players have the same number of dice in a casino, no-one gets a thing. The version with neutral dice is even more nerve-wracking. This is a gambling game for everyone where the winner isn’t revealed until the very last throw of the dice.

Reason for the jury’s decision

With simple means, Las Vegas manages to turn your living room into a family-friendly gamblers’ paradise: like in a real casino, Las Vegas constantly ups the ante – and the excitement. Each roll of the dice captivates the player as they go from high roller to big loser and back again. Players’ emotions go on a similar journey between elation, frustration and schadenfreude. Especially when the seasoned gambler uses a little tactics and risk to beat the odds.
